AHEPA 310-IX is located off I-10 at exit 13, outside the city limits in Theodore Alabama. The property’s setting gives the feeling of living in the country with all the conveniences of living in the city. It is minutes away from houses of worship, grocery shopping, and drug stores. Public transportation is available. A weekly bus service is available for a small charge that will pick residents up at the front door, take them to Wal-Mart and return them home. All apartments are one bedroom and one bath, with stove & refrigerator. There is an on-site laundry facility, crafts room, computer room, library and a beautiful screened patio provides a place to relax and watch the birds and squirrels. There are many social activities available including bingo, dominoes, two monthly trips, barbecues and pot-luck dinners. Our motto is: "There are no strangers here, only friends we haven't met yet."
